Here I want to show a nice way to use SAP Interacive Forms by Adobe in the area of service. The resource planner dispatches one of his technicians. After releasing the created assignment a mail is sent out automatially, which contains a SAP Interactive Form. The technician than can directly work with the form and create his confirmation.
