XML Result from JDBC Adapter Stored Procedure

Posted: 23 Apr 2009 04:26 AM PDT

Using the JDBC adapter to retrieve data from a database works well as long as each field contains a simple value such as a string or a number. But sometimes we need to retrieve more complex data, e.g. in the form of an XML document returned from a stored procedure call. This blog demonstrates how to recover the original un-escaped XML using a simple Java mapping.
