| Posted: 27 May 2009 02:13 AM PDT Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is a key method of selling and distributing products for a variety of industries. Although DSD gains major and steadily increasing attention in the market, it is hardly covered by literature and empirical studies. Driven by SAP Business Transformation Consulting CoE Consumer Products, the Industry Business Unit Consumer Products and the University of Regensburg, Germany, this book throws light on the topic of DSD from different perspectives, providing fresh in-sights and benefits. Hereby, the book brings together contributions from both, practitioners and academics. In fact, this is the first publication regarding DSD covering aspects of the business process from various angles. |
