There's a scene in Monty Python's The Meaning of Life where Michael Palin exclaims to Graham Chapman and John Cleese, "Ah, I see you have the machine that goes *ping*" in an expensively furbished hospital operating room. This story has nothing to do with that. Other than the ping sound. And maybe the overly expensive tools to do simple jobs.

In this age of people-centric technology, the iPhone revolution has brought about new business models and innovative ways in which people seek to conduct routine business. Fueling this is the availability of an increasing number of apps that are a result of a community-driven approach to make the mobile experience more meaningful. Enterprise application of this approach is picking up. Possibly, it is only a matter of time before we see a plethora of apps serving those that have enterprise needs -- including those serviced by SAP functionality.

Don't use the action functionality of BRFplus when you are automating decision making.

Recently, Panaya conducted a survey which asked SAP customers exactly these kinds of questions - about issues with SAP support and SAP support packs. I thought this survey had some interesting results. To get a better feeling for the survey results and also for how Panaya's content sharing approach works for them, I recently issued a twenty minute podcast on this topic with Panaya's Chief Marketing Officer Amit Bendov. I'm now sharing that podcast with the SCN community.
