| Is the Adhoc reporting requirement (as put in by users) really Adhoc? Posted: 31 Aug 2009 01:21 AM PDT This post explains why it is very important to find with the users their reporting needs at a little detailed level, not in terms of what information is requested, rather how they want to analyze and look at the information. Also it throws light on Crystal and Webi usage scenarios and helps in making the right choice between the two. |
| Get serious about Customer Loyalty: you will save more than just customers Posted: 31 Aug 2009 12:59 AM PDT The time is now to launch customer loyalty programs for your customers.
