| SAP Mentor Moday: Case Management Posted: 08 Apr 2010 07:47 AM PDT Case Management is critical to the work of many organizations but is often intensely manual, paper-driven and plagued by delay and poor visibility. They are primarily driven by human participants reacting to changing context and collaborating with colleagues. A pretty tough nut to crack, huh? In this Mentor Monday, see one solution to case management automation, and what can be learned for creating the next killer app. |
