A recent visit to Europe brought a surprising experience that made me grateful that I sort of know how to navigate the menu on the Google search engine. For a new user the experience could have been less than satisfactory. In our daily lives working with SAP we often resort to special techniques and tricks to get the work done but for a new user those tricks and techniques are obscured and efficiency could only be achieved through experience and the shared experiences of others.
