”Once we rid ourselves of traditional thinking, we can get on with creating the future” - James Bertrand. There is a growing school of thought that recognizes that a business can more easily craft differentiated business models by stepping beyond the present and the old, if only it is willing to explore the advantages of recent technological possibilities and, more importantly, is prepared for process renewal. Such a business can more easily redefine processes and unmask hidden value if it recognizes how best to take advantage of its business network.
