New key figures for Business Process Monitoring in SAP Solution Manager have been shipped in September 2010 with support package 1 for the ST-A/PI 01M plug-in. This blog will give a short overview about what is new. The largest part of new key figures is related to CRM Marketing and the development was based on the input of two large global consumer products companies.
