| SAP SDN Blog Reader for iPad, iPhone and Android devices Posted: 02 Dec 2010 03:58 AM PST A SDN Blog reader for iPad, iPhone and Android devices. I´ve written a blog reader for the mentioned devices. At the moment it´s just a field study to integrate the Sencha Touch framework with grails and google app engine. Deployment at a SAP Netweaver Application Server Java is also no problem. |

| Achieving Customer Centricity Without Breaking the Bank or Working Into Retirement Posted: 01 Dec 2010 04:34 PM PST Transformational business value of CRM initiatives is not created simply because it is delivered through the cloud as competitors like salesforce.com and others claim. A holistic approach that takes into account every customer interaction across the enterprise is key. SAP is the only vendor that delivers this today! |

It is an issue that impacts the bottom line: a multi-national company might expect to pay millions in penalties, simply because of their inability to report in a timely manner. |

| Active Contributor Status: Soon a 12-month rolling period Posted: 01 Dec 2010 08:44 AM PST Active Contributor status used to be a calendar year status, it will now be a 12-month rolling status to keep the recognition as up to date and fair as possible. After December 6, 2010, and going forward the Active Contributor badge will show for the points you have accumulated in the last 12 months. |
