| Creating mobile apps on top of SAP - Part2 Posted: 02 Jan 2011 05:24 PM PST During the first part of this tutorial series we chalked out how to expose your SAP BAPIs as Web Services in order to access these services later on through mobile devices. WIthin this second part of the tutorial we will get much closer to the mobile client layer, even we will not implement the mobile client but we will create the necessary Java stubs in order to access the service through Java language. You do not need to be familar with Java, 90% of the Web Service stubs will be generated using Apache Axis 2. Have fun! |

| Real Life: Shrinking or Removing Oracle Datafiles Posted: 02 Jan 2011 05:42 AM PST Post database, reorganizing tables, index compression, object relocations, you may wish to remove datafiles that have no residual table or index data and trim large datafiles with free space back to the minimum possible size. Discussion around how to approach the problem of shrinking a database and the presentation of a script to generate the brspace commands to shrink datafiles and/or drop empty datafiles. brspace, dfalter, resize, drop, brtools, Oracle 10G, note 1438410 |
