| Enhanced Material Search - Part 5: Major improvements in Enhancement Package 5 Posted: 17 Feb 2011 09:40 AM PST The Enhanced Material Search provides a great alternative to the classic material search in ERP Sales and Purchasing transactions, offering full text search capabilities for materials and supplier catalog products (without material number), plus on-the-fly Creation of new materials. In this 5th BPX article about the Enhanced Material Search with Creation I present great improvements and support of further transactions in Purchasing and Retail done in Enhancement Package 5, which is currently in RampUp. When I convinced you with the new features you can apply for rampup on https://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000730505& |

PSBG (Power Systems Business Group) of CLP Power Hong Kong uses SAP solutions extensively, with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM) at its core and supported by asset management expertise from The Woodhouse Partnership Ltd (who provided training, roadmapping and independently auditing of PSBG’s PAS 55 compliance, commenting that “PSBG are a shining example of outstandingly good asset management practices and processes”). PSBG became the first Asian electric utility company to receive the PAS 55 compliance certificate. |

In today's edition of my accompanying blog series I'd like to provide some more details and background information about the concept we have in mind. | My wishlist to enhance and/or improve the Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) Posted: 17 Feb 2011 05:50 AM PST I just was just invited and involved in testing the WB ABAP based Employee Self Services (ESS), in phase 2. I was focusing on the Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) and the Clock In/Out services. We just wrapped up and exited the final feedback call. The Product owner asked us 'What about you, what would you suggest to enhance further and/or improve the functionalities?'. I had to chime in ! |
