New key figures for Business Process Monitoring in SAP Solution Manager have been shipped in March 2011 with the new ST-A/PI 01N plug-in. This blog will give a short overview about what is new. The largest part of new key figures is related to so-called Lead Time measurements.

I created my first Linked Data prototype that mashes up internal documentation within an SAP system and SAP Library & SCN wiki together. If SAP would provide meaningful URL schemes for their documentation it would be easy to create navigators through the huge information landscape of SAP to get an overall view that is necessary for information workers. This a fundumental shift of paradigms from exposing data instead of only documents.
