Basis Administrator

Clinton Jones recently published a blog titled "The Basis Administrator - you get what you pay for PART I. In this blog, he made a very good attempt in explaining the various responsibilities of a Basis Administrator. Since Basis person performs a wide range of tasks, it would probably be impossible to document all responsibilities of that role. As a comment, Tom Cenans mentioned school leavers do as well as anyone with several years of experience. I would like to discuss that point in this blog.
